Bhavan’s Library has a Reading Room facility having a peaceful and calm environment suitable for students to study or for readers interested in reading newspapers and magazines.
The following membership options for Reading Room facility are available.
- Primary Membership
Primary members have access to read newspapers, magazines and books in the library only. No lending facility is available on this membership.- Deposit: Nil
- Fees: Rs. 150 (Quarterly)
- Facilities/Entitlements: Reading Room and access to newspapers, magazines and books.
- Entry Pass
This membership is meant for students / researchers / scholars who wish to use the Reading Room for their own studies. They may bring in their books for study in the Reading Room. This membership is available for students who are above class 12 or above 18 years of age. No lending facility is available on this membership.- Deposit: Rs. 500/-
- Admission Fee: Rs. 100/-
- Fee: Rs. 300 p.m. (payable monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Facilities/Entitlements: Only Reading Room
